Master of Architecture
Hampton University’s School of Architecture offers the professional architecture degree, Master of Architecture (M. Arch), which is a fully accredited program recognized by the National Architectural Accrediting Board (NAAB). The professional architecture program claims a 5 ½ year completion for the Master of Architecture (which more than likely includes the completion of a Bachelor degree).
ABOUT THE SCHOOL
Hampton University is noted as being a HBCU (Historically Black College and University), and has been a leader of instructing African American students in the field of architecture for over 50 years. The school is committed to multiculturalism and strives to provide a diverse learning environment, with educators representing 49 states and 35 territories/nations.
The university is set near the mouth of the Chesapeake Bay of the Virginia Peninsula.
